50 Cent recently caught wind of a lawsuit filed against Sean “Diddy” Combs and he can’t seem to believe what he read.
The 21 Questions rapper admittedly wasn’t expecting to learn that self-proclaimed Sinaloa drug cartel member Alfred P. Gonzalez sued the music mogul. According documents obtained by The Mirror, Gonzalez accused the I’ll Be Missing You rapper of ruining his standing with his drug business contacts. Gonzalez was suing Diddy for $666,000 in damages.
In his lawsuit, Gonzalez claimed that once he refused to assist Diddy with trafficking minors for parties, he was cautioned that he would be given “hell” because of the “power [Combs] has in the streets.” However, the Southern District Court of New York has issued an order of dismissal, stating the claims are “frivolous.”
The docs read: “Plaintiff, without any legal bases, appears to assert claims of defamation against the defendants. . . Since there are no apparent legal bases for any of these claims, the Court additionally dismisses Plaintiff’s claims as frivolous.”

50 Cent addressed the allegations, resharing the NewsNation headline in a now-deleted Instagram post uploaded on Monday.
“Ok, I have seen it all WTF is going on here,” he captioned. Under his post, fans noted his longstanding feud with Diddy, with one sharing, “50 hate on almost every black man that has more money than him (Mayweather, Jay-Z, Diddy, Rick Ross) jealous fella.” Another proposed the question, “Can they actually sue if it’s illegal? And ain’t that them snitching on themselves? I’m confused.”
Gonzalez claimed in his lawsuit that once he refused particular offers. He was cautioned that he would be given “hell” because of the “power [Combs] has in the streets,” according to the docs. Gonzalez claimed that Diddy’s control resulted in him losing his New York drug cartel business connection. Gonzalez’s lawsuit case was quickly thrown out since the court viewed the accusations as lacking merit.

Judge Swain’s ruling emphasized the lack of legal standing in the Diddy accuser’s case since his allegations stemmed from illegal activities, which the law doesn’t protect. Additionally, she pointed out that Gonzalez’s claim didn’t have “an arguable basis either in law or in fact.”
Judge Swain went as far as to deny Gonzalez the chance to amend his lawsuit, “the defects in his lawsuit could not be cured by amendment,” according to NewsNation. Lawsuits against Diddy seem to roll in continuously. Adria English, a woman who sued Diddy for allegedly sex-trafficking her at his now infamous White Parties, recently filed a police report against Diddy.
Adria talked with Miami Beach PD last week, retelling the same accusations, which can be traced back to the early 2000s, listed in the above-mentioned lawsuit she filed She hadn’t filed a police report until now. Diddy has denied these claims.
