The woman in the latest lawsuit known as Jane Doe alleges Combs sexually assaulted her while she was unconscious from drugs and that he filmed her with acquaintances without her consent
Doe said she met Combs overseas in the fall of 2020 and that the assaults and harassment continued until July of this year She was often forced and harassed to travel to Combs homes in New York Los Angeles and Miami among other cities on a monthly basis in 2021 and 2022
Each time he visited Combs would force her to perform for him and plied her with alcohol and drugs until she passed out she would wake up with bruises and injuries but not remember how she got hurt the lawsuit states

During a July 2022 encounter with Combs at his Los Angeles home the woman alleges she was forced to take medication she believed contained ketamine and passed out She then took a pregnancy test and told Combs she was pregnant A Combs employee repeatedly asked her to have an abortion and she miscarried
Last July Combs ordered Doe to come to his Miami home where she alleges the kingpin stuffed two pills into her mouth The next morning she felt unwell and confused unable to remember what had happened the night before and her bedroom was a mess
Doe represented by attorneys Marie Napoli and Joseph Ciaccio alleges that Combs and his associates monitored her location and conversations prevented her from working and gave her an allowance used to control her
