P Diddy, real name Sean Combs, has reportedly agreed to avoid women and drugs if he is granted bail while he awaits trial for sex trafficking, racketeering and transporting for prostitution charges
P Diddy has made some pledges if he is granted bail.
Sean “P. Diddy” Combs has reportedly promised to steer clear of women and drugs if a judge grants him bail. The I’ll Be Missing You hitmaker is currently awaiting trial and is being held without bail following charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transporting for prostitution.
Combs has allegedly agreed to undergo weekly drug testing and if released on house arrest, visitors would be limited to “family, property caretakers and friends who are not considered to be co-conspirators” according to a letter from his lawyer Marc Agnifilo to the judge.
This implies that no women outside Sean’s family and his children would be permitted to visit the rapper. It has also been reported that Diddy’s security team would require “any person who enters the property to sign a visitor log” which would then be presented to the court.

Agnifilo spoke to the media after Combs’ arrest and stated he will contest a decision to hold Sean without bail. He said: “Mr Combs is a fighter. He’s going to fight this until the end. He is innocent. We’re going to fight this case with everything we have.”
The attorney also stated that the rapper will not plea bargain and will defend his side, which includes testifying in his own defense. Combs has pleaded not guilty to all charges and was recently placed on suicide watch while awaiting trial.
However, Agnifilo informed TMZ that it’s a standard procedure for “new, high profile inmates” and it has now been reported that Diddy has been removed from suicide watch at the Metropolitan Detention Centre in Brooklyn, New York.
A law enforcement insider spoke to People on September 29 and told the magazine that the celebrity is “focused and very strong” while “concentrating on his defense and preparing for his trial”.
Speaking in the new TMZ documentary The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment, Agnifilo added: “He’s focused on his defense… he [has] come to terms with the fact that this is where he is for now.”
Elsewhere in the documentary, Agnifilo spoke about the distressing video of Diddy assaulting Cassie Ventura in a hotel in 2016. The attorney admitted: “It’s hard to watch for anyone.”
However, he added: “That being said, it is not evidence of sex trafficking. There was a certain level of toxicity and drug use in the 10-year relationship between Mr Combs and the woman that he was in love with.”
