Sean Comb’s lawyer has issued a statement denying recent allegations cited in 120 lawsuits that are set to be filed against the rapper, calling the recent press conference a ‘media circus’
Sean ‘P. Diddy’ Combs’ lawyer “categorically denies” claims expected to be made against the rapper in 120 civil lawsuits.
Erica Wolff noted that, while they “cannot address every meritless allegation,” she called the complaints a “reckless media circus.” Erica added: “That said, Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors. He looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court if and when claims are filed and served, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation.”
In a livestream press conference held in Houston, Texas, it was revealed that 120 individuals are reportedly planning to sue Diddy. Among these individuals, 25 are minors. The news was shared by Attorney Tony Buzbee on Tuesday afternoon, who is representing the people alleging that the founder of Bad Boy Records exploited and sexually abused them.
“This is an important matter that we intend to aggressively pursue,” stated Buzbee. “We will leave no stone unturned to find all potentially liable parties, to include any individual or entity who participated in or benefited from this egregious behavior.”

Moreover, Buzbee claimed that Diddy is not the only one who will face allegations in the forthcoming lawsuits. He did not yet reveal who will be implicated, but did claim the public will be shocked. Andrew Van Arsdale said that the list will include “household names.”
“These people who know who they are should come forward,” Buzbee insisted, adding, “You can’t hide skeletons in the closet forever.”
Diddy was arrested in New York after a grand jury indictment. The rapper was charged with racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transpiration to engage in prostitution.
However, Diddy’s legal concerns started before the criminal allegations when his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, filed a civil lawsuit against him late 2023 alleging, among other things, sexual assault and abuse.
What followed was a myriad of legal complaints with similar allegations, all of which Diddy continuously denied. While Diddy and Cassie settled the lawsuit out of court within one day, a video then resurfaced showing the rapper beating her in a hotel hallway.
In a video statement, he addressed the occurrence. He said: “It’s so difficult to reflect on the darkest times in your life, but sometimes you got to do that. I was fucked up — I hit rock bottom — but I make no excuses. My behavior on that video is inexcusable.
“I take full responsibility for my actions in that video. I was disgusted then when I did it. I’m disgusted now. I went and I sought out professional help. I got into going to therapy, going to rehab. I had to ask God for his mercy and grace. I’m so sorry. But I’m committed to be a better man each and every day. I’m not asking for forgiveness. I’m truly sorry.”
