Russell Brand Admits ‘Enforced’ Holiday with Diddy Left Him Worried About the Rapper’s Influence.Vuong

Comedian Russell Brand once said in an interview that he was new to working with rapper Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, who was charged with sex trafficking this week

In a 2010 interview that has recently resurfaced, comedian Russell Brand recounted an “enforced” vacation he took with rapper Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs while they were working together on the film “Get Him to the Greek.”

Diddy was new to me. He looked after me. He took me on an enforced holiday to Vegas,” Brand revealed.

Brand painted a picture of Combs as a powerful and intense figure.

“He’s a very intense man because I think he come from nothing and now he’s very very powerful. People who do stuff like that, they’re intense,” Brand commented.

According to Brand, Combs was not someone you could easily say no to, reports the Express US.

“Say you don’t want to do something and Diddy does want you to do it, it’s really hard to not do that thing,” he explained.

Brand gave examples of potential demands from Combs, such as feeding his fish or picking him up from the airport.

“He’s a bit like the mind f—ing. Like he’s very influential,” Brand added.

The comedian expressed concern about Combs’ influence.

He emphasized his independence, stating: “I don’t want to be nobody’s b—–. I’ve worked too hard in life. Not even Diddy’s b—-.”

Diddy was arrested on Monday, September 16, and is currently facing charges including sex trafficking and racketeering in New York City. He has pleaded not guilty and vehemently denied all charges against him.

It was recently reported that Netflix had purchased a documentary 50 Cent is producing about the arrest.

50 Cent, real name Curtis Jackson, has been outspoken about Diddy online.

In one social media post on Instagram, he wrote: “I been telling y’all about all this weird s—, I don’t do NO puffy party’s. you didn’t believe me but I bet you believe me now!”

In an additional post, he penned: “”Only 250 million people watching Netflix this is a pretty good deal who’s idea was this LOL.
