Brooke Schofield posted a now-deleted controversial TikTok about handicapped parking permits. She was ranting about how she has seen many people in Los Angeles with them
After facing criticism, Brooke Schofield posted an eyebrow-raising video.
The Cancelled podcast host posted a now-deleted TikTok on Tuesday, October 9, about handicapped parking permits. In the video, Brooke was ranting in her car about seeing many people around Los Angeles, California, driving Mercedes G-Wagons with a handicap parking permit hanging from their rearview mirror.
She continued: “I’m at the nail salon right now, and I watched this girl get out of her G-Wagon with the handicap sticker, and I swear to God, she did a hop, skip, and a jump and then a cartwheel into the nail salon, like, maybe we don’t do that.” She continued: “I don’t know why, but it really pisses me off, like, are they buying them? What’s going on?”
A Reddit user posted the clip and wrote: “Posted and deleted so fast [unamused face emoji]. I guess we forgot that all disabilities are not physical.” People quickly replied and were ashamed of Brooke’s lack of knowledge. One person wrote: “Dear lord… someone needs to teach her how to leave things in draft… or better yet, take an actual posting break. Girl.”
Another user chimed in: “Invisible disabilities are a thing what a f—–g stupid b—h.” A third person interjected: “omg she can not stop digging herself into a deeper hole [weary face emoji].” A fourth Reddit user wrote: “It’s completely valid to complain about people WITHOUT handicap stickers parking in a handicap spot but to complain about someone that has a sticker because YOU don’t think they have a disability is insane likeee.”

Over 70 million American individuals, or more than one in four Americans, reported having a disability in 2022, according to the CDC. Mobility impairments are the most common kind of disability, affecting 1 in 7 adults.
Brooke was put in the hot seat after her old posts on X, formerly known as Twitter, resurfaced, including comments defending George Zimmerman after he killed Trayvon Martin.
One tweet read: “Guarantee if Zimmerman shot a white guy this wouldn’t even be a story. NEWS FLASH THIS WASN’T A CRIME OF RACISM IT WAS SELF DEFENSE.” In another, she wrote: “I said so many accidentally racist things last night I don’t know how I even made it back to America.”
