50 Cent once again issued a warning to the world about the status of Sean ‘P. Diddy’ Combs’ case. This time, he’s concerned that the rapper won’t be staying behind bars much longer
50 Cent made a bold prediction about how Sean ‘P. Diddy’ Combs’ next hearing will go down.
The rapper continued his ongoing beef with Diddy when he posted a since-deleted Instagram post. He wrote: “Diddy gonna make bail his next court date. So all this s— y’all been saying, keep the same energy. Don’t you even try to take that post down!”
Diddy was arrested in New York City in September after a grand jury indicted him over an ongoing sex trafficking case. He was hit with three charges — conspiracy racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution. Prosecutors alerted the judge that they believe he is a flight risk, but his defense attorneys claim otherwise.
During a hearing, his attorneys offered up a bond package which included $50 million and the forfeiture of both his own passport and his family’s. Plus, they detailed Diddy’s desire to cooperate with authorities and attempt to sell his private plane. Nonetheless, he was sent to stay behind bars at the Metropolitan Detention Center without bail.

Prosecutors appealed the decision, but it was against struck down. However, the case was reassigned to Judge Arun Subramanian, opening up a chance for his prosecutors to yet again press the issue. The third appeal argues that there are legal errors and insufficient evidence for detention. The filing comes ahead of Diddy’s latest status hearing on October 9, where the legal teams will have their first day in court with the new judge presiding.
50 Cent’s targeted post is just the latest of many shady messages towards his rival who he consistently has spoke out against. During the early days of the investigation, when Diddy’s Miami and Los Angeles homes were raided, 50 Cent was quick to troll the music mogul with Instagram posts and memes.
In a more serious course of action, 50 Cent later revealed his plans to produce a documentary about Diddy’s alleged indiscretions. Netflix officially picked up the docuseries with Alexandria Stapleton set to direct.
In a joint statement, 50 Cent and Alexandria told Variety: “This is a story with significant human impact. It is a complex narrative spanning decades, not just the headlines or clips seen so far. We remain steadfast in our commitment to give a voice to the voiceless and to present authentic and nuanced perspectives. While the allegations are disturbing, we urge all to remember that Sean Combs’ story is not the full story of hip-hop and its culture. We aim to ensure that individual actions do not overshadow the culture’s broader contributions.”
Diddy continues to deny all allegations against him.
