P. Diddy’s Dark Secret: Confirmed Payment of $1 Million for Tupac’s Assassination!.Phuong

Music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs ’ name  has strangely appeared several times in court documents related to the murder of the late rapper  Tupac Shakur .

The documents stem from a case against  Duane “Keffe D” Davis , 61, who is accused of planning the 1996 shooting that cost Shakur his life in Las Vegas.

Davis had previously claimed that Diddy had offered an individual $1 million to kill Shakur. However, Diddy remains unsuspected in the rapper’s murder.

Diddy allegedly offered a million dollars to kill Tupac Shakur

In 2009, Davis, who was accused of masterminding the shooting of Shakur, had an interview with Las Vegas police.

During the interview, he suggested that Diddy paid a high-level drug dealer, Eric Von Martin, $1 million to murder Shakur.

Those comments were recently cited in a filing to bar him from bail following his arrest last September on a first-degree murder charge.

Shockingly, according to the  Daily Mail  the filings name Diddy 77 times, likely due to Davis’ continued claims that Diddy also had something to do with the late rapper’s murder.

Despite the serious allegations in the case, the record label owner is not yet considered a suspect and it is unclear whether that status quo will change.

However, it appears that Davis’ mention of Diddy’s name appears to be the main obstacle to securing bail, as prosecutors argued in their filing that he should remain in jail because he previously implicated Diddy.

A transcript, which was part of the nearly 180-page documents, revealed the alleged reason Diddy may have wanted to kill Shakur.

In the transcript, Davis had told authorities that Diddy had offered to pay for the shooting to get revenge on then-record executive turned convict Marion Suge’ Knight.

Knight was the co-founder and CEO of Death Row Records, the label Shakur was signed to during the latter part of his career. He was also in the car with Shakur when the crash occurred.

“Puffy Combs … does he play a role in this?” police asked Davis during their 2009 interview, according to  the News Chronicle.  At the time, Davis replied, “Yes, I think so.”

Davis also claimed the rapper said he would “give anything” for Suge Knight’s “head” because he was “scared” of him.

Federal prosecutors could charge Diddy in a separate case

While Diddy might not be directly involved in Shakur’s case at the moment, he is neck-deep in his own problems.

Several women have accused him of sexual harassment since his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura filed a sexual assault lawsuit against the music mogul and quickly settled it.

In addition to these legal cases, Diddy could also face federal charges of sex trafficking, money laundering and illegal trafficking in the near future.

Federal agents already have videos recorded at Combs’ homes across the country that were raided. Some of the people who appear in the videos are being contacted and could testify before a grand jury to indict the rapper.

Although it’s been months since the raid, no charges have yet been filed because federal prosecutors want to make sure their case is bulletproof to prevent Diddy’s lawyers from finding a way to free him, according to  CNN .

Diddy’s law firm dropped him

Last month, it was reported that prestigious law firm Grubman, Shire, Meiselas and Sacks had dropped Diddy as one of its clients.

The law firm had represented the troubled mogul for more than 20 years, meaning they were already working with him when he changed his stage name from “Puff Daddy” to “P. Diddy” in 2001.

Reports claimed they had no choice but to cut ties with Diddy due to a request from another client, singer Lady Gaga.

However, a spokesperson for the law firm has denied this claim, telling the  New York Post : “The report that the decision was the result of client pressure is simply not true.”

A source also told  Page Six  that the law firm’s decision to fire Diddy was solely due to the assault allegations involving the rapper.

Diddy puts his Holmby Hills mansion up for sale after feds raid it

Diddy is reportedly ready to say goodbye to Los Angeles as he attempts to sell his Holmby Hills mansion.

Sources close to the situation told  TMZ  that the disgraced rap mogul is seeking an off-market sale for a whopping $70 million — a price $30 million higher than what he initially paid for the unit in 2014.

The Holmby Hills mansion spans 17,000 square feet and features eight bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a 35-seat theater, a gym, a wine room and a 3,000-square-foot guest house.

The property also includes outdoor amenities such as a lagoon-style pool with an underwater swimming tunnel, a half-basketball court and meticulously maintained gardens.

Despite being more than a decade old, the “I’ll Be Missing You” rapper has updated the home’s interior with modern finishes. However, experts say the home’s high asking price and history may present challenges in finding a buyer.
