P Diddy drugged 10-year-old boy with GHB and ecstasy before raping him, lawsuit alleges.Vuong

Sean ‘P Diddy’ Combs raped a 10-year-old boy who had dreams of becoming a rapper, a new lawsuit has alleged.

P Diddy has been accused of drugging the child with “GHB and/or ecstasy” in new court documents obtained by The Mirror US. Diddy is alleged to have put the drugs in a soda which was given to the boy.

The alleged rape is said to have taken place in 2005, when the accuser had traveled from Los Angeles to New York City with his parents so they could “meet with people in the music industry”. The court documents state the boy and his parents stayed in a hotel across from Madison Square Garden during this visit.

The lawsuit continued: “While in New York, Plaintiff and his parents met with numerous people within the music industry. Plaintiff participated in a photo shoot for a magazine as well.

“During the trip, Plaintiffs consultant arranged a meeting with Defendant Combs for an ‘audition.’ Combs indicated that he wanted to meet with Plaintiff alone first prior to meeting the family.”

The alleged victim was then allegedly taken to the audition at a hotel which was in the same area as the hotel he had been staying in. The boy was brought by a consultant to Diddy’s room.

The consultant left the room and said she would be back later, according to the court documents. The lawsuit continued: “Plaintiff recalls other people in the room or area, but he did not know who any of the people were.”

The 10-year-old then performed several rap songs for Diddy, according to the documents, after which he was complimented by the Bad Boy Records founder on his talent. Diddy is alleged to have told the boy he could “make him a star”.

The lawsuit continued: “Combs asked Plaintiff how badly he wanted to be a star, and what Plaintiff would do to get to be one. Plaintiff responded, as might any ten-year-old child, that he would ‘do anything’.”

The boy was then allegedly given a soda by one of the other people present. After drinking the soda, he began to feel “a little funny”.

The boy claimed to have originally believed the feeling was “because he was so happy at that moment”. The lawsuit then alleged: “Combs, by himself or through his agents/employees, previously laced the drink with drugs, including but not limited to GHB and/or ecstasy.”

The lawsuit continued: “After Plaintiff consumed his soda and began feeling its effects, Combs told Plaintiff to move closer to him, which Plaintiff did. Combs then abruptly pushed Plaintiff down and said words to the effect of ‘you have to do some stuff you don’t want to do sometimes’.”

Combs is then alleged to have “pulled his penis out of his pants” and told the boy to “kiss it”. The boy allegedly resisted but Diddy “forced his penis into Plaintiff’s mouth,” according to the court documents.

The lawsuit alleged: “Plaintiff, understandably, froze in terror as the assault continued.” The boy is then alleged to have lost consciousness.

The court documents claimed: “When Plaintiff awoke, he began crying immediately. Plaintiff’s pants were undone, and his anus and buttocks hurt badly. Combs was still present.”

The boy is then said to have cried to go to his mom and dad. Combs warned him that if he told anyone about what had happened, he would hurt the boy’s mom and dad, according to the lawsuit.

The documents continued: “When the consultant came back to get him, she noticed that Plaintiff was badly shaken and asked him what was wrong. Plaintiff told her only that he wanted to go back to his mom and dad.

“Upon Plaintiffs return, his parents immediately noticed that he was lethargic and acting differently. Although Plaintiff ultimately told his parents what happened, Plaintiff and his parents were terrified of the potential consequences of reporting the abuse.”

The lawsuit concluded: “Plaintiff has suffered and continues to suffer from severe depression and anxiety, which leaves him hopeless and fatigued. When in situations that remind him of the incident, he feels a strong sense of panic.

“Plaintiff had to be homeschooled because of behavioral issues that affected his relationships, and many of those issues remain ongoing. He battles fears and night terrors regularly. In short, Plaintiff was deprived of a normal childhood and is unable to interact with others and live a normal life in general due to his encounter with defendant Combs.”

This latest lawsuit is one of several filed by Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee. Buzbee claimed to have 120 individuals who have either sued, or are planning to sue, Combs during a press conference.

Responding to the announcement of the lawsuits, Combs’ attorney Erica Wolff said: “We cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus. That said, Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors.”

She concluded: “He looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court if and when claims are filed and served, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation.”

In a second statement about the lawsuits, Diddy’s attorneys told The Mirror US: “The press conference and 1-800 number that preceded todays barrage of filings were clear attempts to garner publicity. Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone  adult or minor, man or woman.”
