A Walmart customer abandoned their full shopping cart in the store after becoming exasperated with a self-checkout issue. John Horstmann vented his frustration on Facebook about the checkout process at the retailer, and his post quickly resonated with others who have had similar experiences.
He wrote: “Just left Walmart on Dickerson pike in Nashville. Left a whole cart full of groceries and other stuff there in the aisle. No cashier, told the three ladies working self checkout ‘I don’t work here, no cashier now you guys have something to do!!!!'”
His remarks sparked responses from a variety of shoppers, both from Walmart and other stores, who are also frustrated with the self-checkout process and the lack of in-store help from staff, reports the Irish Star.
