Kanye West and Bianca Censori’s newly purchased $35 million Beverly Hills mansion is reportedly a “last ditch effort” for their supposedly failing marriage.
The rapper and his Australian architect wife recently purchased the lavish property with the alleged help of a few loans and financing the home from an assortment of investors. The Daily Mail reported that the couple took out $15.5 million for the 11 bedroom and 18 bathroom mansion. A source claimed to the Daily Mail that this purchase is supposed be the pair’s last shot to help their failing marriage as Bianca is looking for “stability.”
“Bianca has wanted stability for well over a year now,” the source told the outlet. “This house was a last-ditch effort to save their marriage because Kanye knows what she wants, which is a family and to be grounded. But her family don’t know if Kanye is going to give this to her.”

“Kanye changes his mind daily on what he wants to do and that house was purchased with the intent of living in it,” the source continued. “Bianca is sick of hopping from hotel to hotel and from city to city. She has been doing this their entire marriage. Shes not had any stability since she married Kanye and with the lawsuit she is stressed.”
“One day they are moving into their dream home. The next he is building a community on top of it and leveling it. Then the next day they are flipping it,” the source added.
Rumors that Kanye and Bianca are reportedly having problems in their marriage has been following the couple. Although, they have been seen together more often again recently after not being together a few weeks back in mid-September to early October. That long period of time, especially with Kanye having a solo outing in Japan, sparked divorce rumors.
Before having their first outing together since the divorce rumors on October 8, they were last seen together shopping in Tokyo on September 20.
The Heartless artist was then seen alone during those weeks. He went dining at a Jamaican spot on October 3 and attended a Pro Wrestling NOAH event on September 30. It was unclear where Bianca was and went during that period.
