Dont look now, but the Seattle Seahawks are back in the drivers seat in the NFC West just two weeks after falling into last place in the division. Yesterdays home win over the Arizona Cardinals, combined with the Philadelphia Eagles beating the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday Night Football has put the Seahawks in first place.
What does that mean for the NFC playoff race? Lets take a look at the updated conference standings heading into Week 13.

As you can see, its critical that the Seahawks maintain their lead in the division to make the playoffs, as several teams have better records beneath them in the seeding order. The Seahawks have two more NFC West games to play this year. In two weeks theyll play a rematch with the Cardinals and then in Week 18 theyll visit the Rams in their last regular season game of the year. In-between theyll also face the Packers, Vikings and Bears. If they could only get their run game going theyd look very formidable going into the stretch run.
