Diddy’s Lawyer Challenges Indictment Details, Including 1,000 Bottles of Baby Oil
The legal saga surrounding Sean “P. Diddy” Combs intensifies as his attorney, Marc Agnifilo, seeks to clarify certain claims in the recent federal indictment against the music mogul. Among the most eyebrow-raising details is the mention of 1,000 bottles of baby oil allegedly found in Diddy’s home.
In a teaser for TMZ’s upcoming documentary, The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment, Agnifilo expressed skepticism regarding the indictment’s assertions, particularly the staggering figure. “I don’t know where the number 1,000 came from. I can’t imagine it’s thousands,” he stated. “I’m not really sure what the baby oil has to do with anything.” This number originates from the official federal indictment paperwork filed by Homeland Security.
Agnifilo continued to question the validity of the figure, emphasizing practicality. “One bottle of oil goes a long way. I don’t know what you need a thousand for. I mean, he has a big house. He buys in bulk. I think they have Costcos in every place he has a home. Have you sat in a parking lot of a Costco and seen what people walk out of there with?”
While Agnifilo avoided specifying a number, he did acknowledge that the quantity mentioned in the indictment was significant. He also took issue with the term “freak offs,” which the indictment describes as often nonconsensual encounters involving drugs and prostitutes. He argued that these situations are more akin to “threesomes,” a term he claimed was commonly used in the past.

According to the indictment, these alleged “freak offs” involved considerable drug use and IV drips purportedly to aid recovery for participants. However, Agnifilo has not formally presented this argument in court, instead focusing on other aspects of the case. He has raised concerns about Diddy’s detention conditions while awaiting trial and requested that the judge allow him out on a bond—an appeal that was denied.
