Justin Combs, son of Sean ‘P. Diddy’ Combs, reportedly was banned by some agents from the Los Angeles real estate market after sources claim he partied a bit too hard.
The agents in the area reportedly aren’t taking his calls right now after he gained a certain reputation in town. He’s known, especially as exhibited through his social meida, for extreme and excessive partying, just like his father, as he posts pictures from extravagant alcohol-filled events.
An alleged LA based facilitator, according to the New York Post, said: The company that I work with rented houses to Justin. He would say, Im having 20 people over. But there would be 200 and then they would wreck the house. Its gotten to the point where nobody will rent to him. He called me to rent, and I said no.

However, at this time, no criminal or civil lawsuits have been filed against Justin related to party rentals. Justin Licthman, Justin’s lawyer, told The Post: Justin has not been charged with a crime or sued civilly regarding any of these accusations for a reason he did nothing wrong.
While no documents indicated accusations of household partying misconduct from Justin, one civil lawsuit did accuse him of floundering a car rental. Court documents obtained by The Mirror allege Justin fell behind on payments to Porsche Leasing Ltd. The lawsuit states: “defaulted on the Agreement by failing to make the payment due and Plaintiffs attempted to demand return of the Vehicle.”
Partying is nothing new for the Combs family as Diddy is known for his infamous White Parties which included a stacked celebrity guest list. However, recent allegations brought the events under a watchful eye from the public.
In lawsuits, both civil and criminal, Diddy was accused of using parties, including ones he allegedly dubbed “Freak-Offs,” to engaged in sexual assault and trafficking. The rapper is being held behind bars in Brooklyn after a federal indictment. While he’s requested bail a handful of times, each attempt was denied. He has pled not guilty and denied all allegations of wrongdoing against him.
A criminal trial is set to ensue in early Spring 2025. The myriad of civil lawsuits Diddy is facing are at various stages of development with more allegations expected to be filed by Texas attorney Tony Buzbee on behalf of his clients.
