He will be arraigned this coming Monday in Chelsea District Court, according to the Boston Herald. “This was a fast-moving investigation involving state and Chelsea police with an important assist by Everett police,” Suffolk DA Kevin Hayden said. “I thank all for their solid work to ensure that Mr. Pablo will answer for this brutal crime.”
The fatal shooting took place near the intersection of Central Avenue and Marginal Street near the TownePlace Suites.
The alleged gunman ran from the scene and fled in a car following the harrowing incident, then was later detained and interviewed by the police. Shortly thereafter, the cops determined that the man was Melissa’s husband.
ABC News reported that Luckenson was found in a building in Everett, another city just 2.5 miles from Chelsea. Both constitute the northern suburbs of Boston, with the former located in Middlesex County and the latter in Suffolk County.

The Chelsea cop who responded to the scene reportedly found Melissa lying on the ground. She was transported to Massachusetts General Hospital, where she was later pronounced dead, it was reported.
