Antonela Roccuzzo, wife of Inter Miami superstar Lionel Messi, is staying fit in Florida with a personal trainer renowned for her glute workouts.
While Messi is away on international duty with the Argentina national team, Antonela headed to The Glute Lab, her new gym in Miami.
She was joined by Elena Galera, wife of Sergio Busquets and a long-time friend of the couple from their years together in Barcelona.
Galera shared a mirror selfie from the Miami gym with 35-year-old Roccuzzo, tagging the world-renowned personal trainer Bret Contreras in her post.
Roccuzzo has previously posted photos from Contreras’s ‘Glute Lab’ in Miami, also known as ‘Glute House,’ where she has been keeping fit since moving to the U.S.
Antonela Roccuzzo has been training at ‘The Glute Lab’ with her fun-loving friend Elena Galera.
Lionel Messi and Antonela relocated to the United States earlier this year after the star joined Major League Soccer’s Inter Miami.
Contreras, who calls himself “the Glute Guy,” runs a website called “Booty by Bret,” where he offers tips on how to “build your backside” with just three hours of work per week.
His Instagram and business account, @BootybyBretofficial, are also filled with fitness advice to help people stay in shape.
Additionally, it has been reported that Messi and Antonela purchased a sprawling $10.75 million property in Fort Lauderdale, featuring 10 bedrooms, a spa room, two boat docks, and a swimming pool.
The Argentine superstar, who signed a two-and-a-half-year contract worth between $50 and $60 million per season in Major League Soccer, has been looking to expand his property portfolio since joining Inter Miami in the summer.
He already owned a luxurious $9 million apartment in Miami (and reportedly has two more condos in Sunny Isles Beach), but he was recently spotted house hunting with his wife Antonela Roccuzzo and their son Thiago in the Boca Raton area.
Messi has now finalized a new 10,500-square-foot property within the gated community of Bay Colony, one of the waterfront neighborhoods north of Fort Lauderdale.
On the soccer field, Messi will play with Argentina against Bolivia on Tuesday in a World Cup qualifying match before returning to the U.S. for Miami’s next MLS game against Atlanta United on Saturday night.
