Hes unpredictable in every sense, and even though he claims to have found God, its entirely plausible that he could be linked to both Lulus ventilator troubles and Sams demise.

Theres a possibility of a storyline brewing about a hospital er acting as an angel of mercy, but the twist is that Sam wasnt a terminal patient. What if General Hospital has opted to alter the circumstances surrounding Sams death due to the social media leak?
