Amanda Bynes revealed to her over 500,000 followers on Instagram that she has collaborated with fashion designer Austin Babbit, aka A- -pizza, on a series of original design

Amanda Bynes is embarking into new territory, and it involves fashion.

The ex-Nickelodeon revealed to her over 500,000 followers on Instagram that she has collaborated with fashion designer Austin Babbit, aka A- -pizza, on a series of original designs. The Easy A actress explained that she and Austin were “working on doing a pop-up art show in December” and that it “will have art and clothing” in a statement to People. On her Instagram Stories, Amanda gave her a sneak peek of her forthcoming co-creation, captioning the post: “My associate’s of art degree majoring in product development at FIDM paid off.”

Of the pieces that Amanda included was a T-shirt that had a drawing of a woman, which was priced at $60 on Austin’s website.

Also, shown were a pair of shorts that had black and red graphics, which were priced at $100. On top of that, Amanda uploaded one of her art pieces, which captured a crying woman with a star earring along with the words, “You broke my heart.” She captioned her post: “I might do a holiday art show…”

The image seemingly was a self-portrait since the woman captured had a heart-shaped tattoo under one of her eyes as Amanda does. Amanda graduated from California’s Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM) in 2019.

Before launching her new collab, Amanda teased on social media that she would be doing her own fashion collection following her graduation from FIDM.

‘‘Sup, Instagram. Just wanted to say hi to all of my followers; I really wanted to say I appreciate you so much for supporting me,” Amanda shared at the time. “I’m really looking forward to starting my clothing line, and I’m hoping that in the near future it will be out online.”

Amanda has been doing some side quests since retiring from acting. Before her fashion venture, she did a podcast with her friend Paul Sieminski titled “Amanda Bynes & Paul Sieminski: The Podcast,” which she announced in November 2023.

But the podcast was shortlived after she stopped after one episode, revealing in December 2023 that Amanda Bynes & Paul Sieminski: The Podcast would be put on hold.

‘‘Sup, Instagram. Just wanted to say hi to all of my followers; I really wanted to say I appreciate you so much for supporting me. I’m really looking forward to starting my clothing line, and I’m hoping that in the near future it will be out online,’ Amanda explained at the time.
