Ben Affleck appeared to be in a bad mood on Thursday afternoon as he dropped by his office building in Los Angeles.

The Oscar-winner, 52  who felt blessed spending Thanksgiving with ex-wife Jennifer Garner  was seen grimacing while dropping his car off at the valet.

He had on a white button-up shirt and a cozy black jacket.

Affleck was later seen driving out of the building with the drivers side window of his black SUV rolled down.

Meanwhile, his ex-wife Jennifer Lopez was seen hunting for a new LA abode while their $68million marital home has been languishing on the market for 147 days and counting.

The On The Floor hitmaker, 55, looked tense as she toured properties  including a $34.9million Beverly Hills mansion  in Los Angeles.

In photos obtained exclusively by DailyMail.com, Lopez checked out three mansions in Beverly Hills and Brentwood, which is the LA neighborhood where Afflecks new $20million bachelor pad is located.

Lopez was noticeably dressed down for her house hunt in baggy blue jeans and a blue flannel shirt.

She paraded around the Los Angeles neighborhoods in chunky tan platform boots.

Lopez carried her belongings in a pricey tan leather Hermes Birkin bag  one of many in her collection.

As the weather gold chillier, Lopez layered up with a comfy brown cardigan.

The On The Floor hitmaker rocked her signature honey-blonde blowout but opted to go makeup-free for the outing.

She shielded her brown eyes with a pair of designer sunglasses.

Lopez looked to be in the zone as she carefully looked around the three homes with a real estate agent by her side.

And its clear that despite no longer having Afflecks help to foot half the homes cost, she doesnt plan on downsizing her opulent lifestyle by much.

All three of the properties she checked out come with sprawling backyards, large pools and more rooms than shell know what to do with.

The first mansion had a massive driveway loop in the front, allowing Jennifer and her guests to park all of their cars.

There is also a secret back entrance and exit.

Solar panels are installed all over the orange tile roof and the entire property is meticulously landscaped to create a resort-like feel.

The massive in-ground pool is surrounded by a deck made of stunning tiles with grass grout.

There are also two covered lounge areas and a nearby garden with a footpath.

For maximum privacy, towering hedges surrounded the property, which is situated on a desirable corner lot.

The second mansion had its very own tennis court

The final stop on Lopezs home tour was a smaller, more modern property with a pool

Next, Lopez toured another ultra private Beverly Hills mansion that has a shaded swimming pool, spa and a tennis court in the backyard.

There is also decent sized guest house on the property.

Tall trees located at the front would help JLo block any unwanted attention from the street.

The entrance/driveway is secured by a tall wrought iron gate.

Lastly, Lopez checked out a smaller, more modern mansion with plenty of green space in the backyard and a pool surrounded with a brick deck.

The home is situated between two large homes with a roundabout located behind it.

While Lopez has yet to decide on where shell live next, Affleck moved into a $20million house in Brentwood in September.

The home is located a short distance away from his ex-wife Jennifer Garner, with whom he shares three kids.
