Why are the chains on this list rated so lowly?

A spokesperson for Pricelisto said customers often leave bad reviews if they received poor customer service, had low quality food or were forced to wait a long time.

“While negative reviews can be frustrating and disheartening for business owners, they can also serve as valuable feedback to improve the customer experience overall. Some of the most common complaints were a lack of variety in food, unhelpful or rude staff and unclean restaurants,” the spokesperson said.
