A Florida cruise company is offering Americans a four-year escape from the Trump presidency.
The Skip Forward program by Villa Vies allows guests to travel the world, visiting more than 425 ports in 140 countries. Costing less than $40,000 a year, trips are being offered one-, two-, three-, and four-year packages. If just one year away from Trump sounds enough, you can opt for the Escape From Reality package – or maybe the Mid-term Selection package for two years is more your thing.
The Anywhere but Home three year package would bring you home in time to settle back onto American soil before an election the following year, however, the all-out Skip Forward four year package could be just the escape from reality you need. Stops on the trip include Caribbean, South America and an Antarctic sail-by.

Villa Vies CEO, Mikael Petterson, said the packages were put together before the election results in response to many who said they would leave the US if their chosen candidate did not win. In a statement he said: Although the campaign was put together before the results of the election, we feel we have a perfect product for those who said theyd leave the country if XYZ wins the election.
We had two groups watch election parties onboard where half the community watched Fox News on one end of the ship while the other half watched MSNBC on the other. We may have differing political views, but our community comes together through our passion for exploring the world in a very real way that goes far beyond politics.
It comes as President-elect Donald Trump has confirmed that he would be prepared to declare a national emergency and use military assets to implement his mass deportation plan.
Conservative commentator Tom Fitton stoked controversy when he suggested on Truth Social earlier this month that “reports are incoming” about Trump’s plans, saying the former president is “prepared to declare a national emergency and will use military assets to reverse the Biden invasion through a mass deportation program.”
Donald Trump stoked those flames by sharing Fitton’s message, emphatically endorsing it with his own remark, “TRUE!!!”
This comes a week after Trump announced he’d likely install hardliner Steven Miller to oversee the Department of Homeland Security. A spokesperson from Trump’s campaign previously stated that the former president “would marshal every federal and state power necessary to institute the largest deportation operation of illegal criminals, drug dealers, and human traffickers.”
While the U.S. has seen military involvement in border control before, legal hurdles firmly block any president from using the military for ‘domestic policing,’ according to the Brennan Center for Justice’s findings.
