Cruz Beckham, the youngest son of Victoria and David Beckham, has been making waves in the music scene with his new girlfriend, Jackie Apostel. However, fans might be taken aback by the age difference between the two.
At just 19-years-old, Cruz is following in the footsteps of his older brothers, Brooklyn, 25, and Romeo, 22. The budding musician has been romantically linked to German-Brazilian singer-songwriter Jackie Apostel since April, and the pair were recently spotted strolling hand-in-hand through Paris.
The couple also had the privilege of sitting front row at Victoria Beckham’s Paris Fashion Week show. While Jackie was initially reported to be 18, a recent report suggests she’s actually much older.

According to HELLO! magazine, Jackie, who used to be part of the Brazilian girl band Schutz, is nine years older than Cruz. An Instagram post from 2022 introducing the members of Schutz revealed that Jackie was 26 at the time, meaning she would be 28 now and turning 29 on October 18th, reports the Mirror.
After the fashion show, Jackie took to social media to express her admiration for her boyfriend’s mother. She posted: “The most beautiful show and the most beautiful dress. Congratulations @victoriabeckham.”
In a heartwarming display of admiration, Cruz previously confessed to being smitten with Billie Eilish and even took an unconventional route to courtship by using a magazine interview to extend a date invitation. He found common ground in age with the 22-year-old “Lunch” singer, revealing his feelings to i-D magazine in 2022: “I’m really into Billie Eilish. I love her music, I love her style. And I’d love to take her on a date. So Billie, you know where I’m at.”

Cruz also dove into his burgeoning musical ambitions, sharing, “Well, I love listening to music, love writing music, I love playing instruments. I’m writing and recording as much as possible right now, and I just try to write about personal experiences and just things that I’ve been through that I think is worth writing about, yeah.”
The buzz earlier this year hinted at Cruz nearing the grand reveal of his debut album. A tip-off received by The Sun in February suggested: “The plan is to launch this year to let people hear what he has been working so hard on for years. There is a lot of excitement around him as a singer but he is also acutely aware that he really needs to prove himself so he isn’t just accused of being a nepo baby, which is why he has spent so long perfecting the music. A fortune has been spent on getting him in rooms with some of the best brains in the business and the results are promising.”

Cruz has reportedly teamed up with a host of renowned music producers and writers, including Ed Frewett, who previously worked with Little Mix, and Fred Ball, a producer for Mariah Carey. He’s also rumored to be signed with Tap Music, the same management company that represented Dua Lipa, Ellie Goulding, and Lana del Ray.
