As Sean ‘P Diddy’ Combs faces accusations of sexual abuse from 120 people, a lawyer has warned that those involved or encouraged the crimes “can’t hide skeletons in the closet” forever.
During a livestream press conference held in Houston, Texas, on Tuesday, October 1, attorney Tony Buzbee shared the news that he will be representing a lawsuit in which 120 people, including 25 minors, claimed that P Diddy exploited and sexually abused them. In this, Buzbee also revealed that there are other “household names” that are also involved in the suit that would “shock” many.
Buzbee predicted that these individuals are “deleting texts” and disposing of any incriminating evidence that connects them to the alleged crimes. During the press conference, Buzbee urged: “These people who know who they are should come forward. You can’t hide skeletons in the closet forever.”
Buzbee was speaking to anyone who encouraged the assaults, benefited from the crimes, or helped to cover over them up. In addition to this, he is also going to be seeking justice for his clients and targeting “anyone who was in the room and watched it happen but made no effort to stop it.” Buzbee also mentioned “any venue or venue owner who was aware of what was going on,” are at risk of a lawsuit.

This comes as Diddy is currently housed at Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC) in Brooklyn, New York, as he awaits his trial after facing federal charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution, which he has plead not guilty to. Following the news conference in Texas, Combs’ attorney Erica Wolff said in a statement that the performer “cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus.”
She continued: “That said, Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors. He looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court if and when claims are filed and served, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation.”
