General Hospital Fans Brace for Heartbreak as Lucky Learns He’s Not a Donor Match for Lulu.Vuong

General Hospital fans are worried for Lulu Spencer’s life as it was revealed that her brother Lucky Spencer is not a viable liver donor, leaving her running out of possible options

General Hospital fans are beginning to grow fearful for Lulu Spencer’s life as it was revealed that her brother Lucky Spencer is not a viable liver donor.

The latest drama-filled episode of General Hospital, sparked fear in fans as they worried Lulu will never be able to recover from her coma. Lulu first entered her comatose state after she suffered massive injuries during an explosion at The Floating Rib restaurant four years ago. But in a recent health update, it was revealed Lulu has a chance at recovery if someone is able to donate half of their liver to her in a high-risk surgery.

Lucky willingly stepped up to the plate to test to see if he is a possible candidate to save his sister’s life, but was met with devastating news when he discovered his liver function did not pass. After receiving his lab results, Lucky found that his enzyme levels were too high due to years of alcohol and substance abuse.

After the heartbreaking news was revealed, fans took to X, formerly Twitter, sharing their growing worries for Lulu’s life. One fan wrote: “Lucky learns that he’s not a viable donor for Lulu. We know where this is headed….” And another added: “this is so effed up!!” To which another replied: “This is going to be so hard to watch.”

Others had difficulty following the medical logic of the soap as one viewer joked: “I’m kinda curious how Lulu’s liver transplant surgery will make her brain swelling go down.” And someone else added: “Pretty sure it’s gonna be witchcraft.” A fan agreed: “That’s been my thing as well. Lulu is in a coma. She gets a liver transplant which then wakes her up from her coma. Stupid.”

Despite the potential gaps in logic – now that Lucky is no longer an option to save Lulu’s life – fans are wondering if there are any other possible family members that could come forward. On X, one fan predicted: “whose says it’s not lucas to save lulu.” Another replied: “It could be, but I have a feeling it’s going to be Sam. More dramatic that way.” While someone else chimed in: “I’m thinking Uncle Cyrus!” While someone else joked: “They should actually make Carly the donor. We will watch Twitter lose their minds.”
