Kamala Harris’ ‘true feelings’ evident in ‘subtle sign of disdain’ during concession speech.Vuong

Vice President Kamala Harris radiated positivity during her speech at Howard University, but a body language expert suggests she was fighting back disgust. Human behavior and body language expert Mark Bowden meticulously scrutinized Harris’s speech, highlighting that her actions were possibly more telling than her spoken words.

He said she displayed a winner’s confidence upon entry with an array of smiles, waves, and applause. “Harris enters with a confident stride, exuding positivity with smiles, waves, and clapping – projecting the demeanor of a victor rather than one defeated,” stated Bowden.

Her connection with the audience was helped by classic politician mannerisms like pointing, smiling, and the heartwarming hand-over-heart, reports the Irish Star.

Yet underneath that confident exterior, Bowden identified signs of deep emotion. He said: “Her voice wavers slightly on emotional lines like, ‘The light of America’s promise will always burn bright,’ signaling genuine sentiment as her vocal support briefly falters.”

Beyond the veneer of control, Bowden detected a hint of disdain for the situation.

He added: “Although her gestures remain strong, they appear less buoyant, and her voice shows slightly reduced support. A subtle increase in asymmetry around her mouth suggests a touch of understandable disdain for the outcome.”

Fans are reaching for the tissues as Liam Neeson’s latest film is said to be a tear-jerker; meanwhile, Amazon Prime members are being strongly encouraged to watch it. In the midst of a heartbreaking defeat, Kamala Harris maintained her poise and inspired onlookers by saying: “The outcome of this election is not what we wanted, not what we fought for, not what we voted for. But… the light of America’s promise will always burn bright as long as we never give up.”
