More than a month after his death, Liam Paynes remains have finally returned to the UK. On the afternoon of November 20 (UK time), the funeral of the former One Direction member was held at a church in his hometown. The funeral took place in a solemn and sad atmosphere, with many close relatives of Liam Payne such as his parents, 4 One Direction members, manager Simon Cowell, new lover Kate Cassidy, old lover Cheryl, MC James Corden, football player Robbie Keane

The 31-year-old singers coffin was carried by a white horse-drawn carriage. The One Direction members all attended the funeral, but did not participate in carrying the coffin of their teammate. New love Kate Cassidy and old love Cheryl also came to say goodbye to Liam Payne. Especially on the road leading to the church, there were many fans waiting to see the male singer off on his final journey.

On the way to the church, there were already a lot of One Direction fans waiting.

Harry Styles was the first One Direction member to arrive at the funeral. He bowed his head sadly at the death of his teammate.

Harry Styles previously said his heart was broken by the loss. The singer wrote: The years we spent together will forever be the most precious years of my life. I will miss him forever, my dear friend.
