Meanwhile, their daughter Brianna (Sophie Skelton) is stuck in the 1980s, while her husband Roger MacKenzie (Richard Rankin) races through time to save their kidnapped son, as per the Daily Record. A sneak peek posted on the show’s official Instagram has sent fans spiraling with anticipation.

But she insists, “You’re wrong. I would feel it. I would know.”

This glimpse into the upcoming episodes has sparked a frenzy among fans, with both readers of Diana Gabaldon’s books and series newcomers bracing for one of the most intense storylines yet.

“Well that just tore my guts out,” shared another, visibly moved by the saga.

One anticipative fan predicted, “Caitriona is going to break my heart over and over again.”

“And once again they are breaking our hearts! Such love between them and such pain as well,” a supporter chimed in with equal parts dread and adoration.

Summing up the collective feeling succinctly, someone remarked: “Our hearts will shatter into a thousand pieces.”
