P Diddy accused of raping 10-year-old during audition before threatening parents in new lawsuit.Vuong

In the latest of a slew of lawsuits against Sean ‘P Diddy’ Combs, he has been accused of raping and drugging a 10-year-old boy as the lawsuit cites New York’s Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Act.

In court documents obtained by The Mirror US, a John Doe said that, in 2005, his parents brought him to New York City in an effort to spark his career in entertainment. As part of exploring that industry, he claims to have been invited to audition for Diddy. A talent agent allegedly took the child to meet the rapper without his parents present which was allegedly requested by Diddy, according to the lawsuit.

Doe claimed that he told Diddy he would do “anything” to be a star and, after the talent agent left, someone else in the audition room handed him a soda. He claimed he felt “a little funny” after the drink. “Based on information and belief, Combs, by himself or through his agents/employees, previously laced the drink with drugs, including but not limited to GHB and/or ecstasy,” stated the October 28 complaint.

You have to do some stuff you dont want to do sometimes,” Diddy allegedly told the boy before allegedly telling him to “kiss it,” in regards to his penis. The document further alleged that Diddy continued to rape the boy before the child lost consciousness. Doe claimed he woke up feeling sore in private areas.

Doe further alleged in the court filing that Diddy threatened to hurt his parents if he reported the alleged abuse to them. As a result, he claimed he kept quiet to the talent agent, but eventually did confess to his parents after they noticed him acting “lethargic.” However, Doe claimed that his parents were “terrified of the potential consequences of reporting the abuse.”

The accuser is asking for “compensatory damages for all physical injuries, emotional distress, psychological harm, anxiety, humiliation, physical and emotional pain and suffering, family and social disruption, and other harm, in an amount to be determined at trial.” Furthermore, the lawsuit points towards Diddy’s September arrest, which included sex trafficking charges, in an effort to create an alleged pattern of behavior. Diddy has pled not guilty and denied all wrongdoing in connection with the criminal charges.

This lawsuit was filed on behalf of Doe by Tony Buzbee’s team as part of 120 lawsuits the lawyer is set to file against Diddy. Alongside this case, another was filed in New York with similar allegations on October 28. Yet again, the lawsuit points toward an audition pursued by the accuser, as per court documents obtained by The Mirror US.

The second lawsuit specifically cites Making the Band, a reality competition show which sought to identify talent and spawned acts such as O-Town. According to the court documents, around 2008, a then 17-year-old John Doe went through a three-day audition process. He claimed that, during a one-on-one interview, “Combs asked Plaintiff hypothetical questions about handling situations involving sexual pressure.”

Doe claimed Diddy then sexually assaulted him while he allegedly “emphasized his power to control Plaintiffs future in the music industry, stating that he had the ability to ‘make or break’ Plaintiff’s career.” Diddy allegedly noted that Doe needed to have a “sex idol” persona to be in the band.

Attorneys for Diddy told The Mirror US in a statement: The lawyer behind this lawsuit is interested in media attention rather than the truth, as is obvious from his constant press appearances and 1-800 number. As weve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false. Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyoneman or woman, adult or minor.

The Mirror US has approached attorney Tony Buzbee for comment.
