Sean ‘P Diddy’ Combs is awaiting federal trial for charges of sex trafficking and racketeering, something he vehemently denies and has pled not guilty to in court
Sean ‘P Diddy’ Combs issued a warning to any children attending one of his parties, urging them to leave so the adults could “get our groove on”.
The 54-year-old’s parties have come under scrutiny following his arrest after a raid on his home found supplies for “freak offs”. P Diddy is currently awaiting his federal trial for charges of sex trafficking and racketeering. He has denied all charges against him and pleaded not guilty in court.
As he awaits trial, a video has resurfaced from one of his annual White Party’s in the Hamptons. Addressing the crowd, he said: “To all the kids, the kids have like an hour left.
“So get extra comfortable kids, after that y’all got to go.” Diddy added: “It’s a wrap for y’all because this thing turns into something that when y’all get older y’all will want to come to. Let’s start to get our groove on a bit.”

Diddy’s attorney Teny Geragos previously addressed his “freak off” parties. During an appearance on NewsNation’s Cuomo, Geragos said: “A lifestyle and being present in activities doesn’t mean he committed a crime.
“Those activities and the lifestyle is not criminal. What was notable today, what my partner Mark [Agnifilo] said in court, is they never once said that these women didn’t consent to what happened, not once.”
P Diddy was indicted on charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution. He has denied the charges.
He is also facing the possibility of new legal trouble as attorney Tony Buzbee said 120 people are planning to sue Diddy. Buzbee, who is leading the lawsuits, said the individuals involved allege Diddy exploited them and sexually abused them.

Diddy’s attorney Erica Wolff released a statement denying the allegations. It read: “As Mr Combs’ legal team has emphasized, he cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus. That said, Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors.”
She continued: “He looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation.” Of the 120 individuals preparing to sue Diddy, 25 were minors at the time of the alleged abuse, according to Buzbee.
The attorney said he plans to file lawsuits against Diddy over the next 30 days. He said the lawsuits come from both men and women who were aged between nine and 38 when the alleged incidents took place.
