Sean ‘P Diddy’ Combs was denied bail after being arrested on sex trafficking charges.
During a nearly two-hour hearing in Manhattan federal court, Magistrate Judge Robyn Tarnofsky sided with prosecutors over the musician’s legal team on whether he should be locked up pre-trial.
The US Attorney’s office successfully argued that Combs poses a risk to the public and potential witnesses. Despite pleading not guilty to racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking, and his lawyers proposing a $50million bail with house arrest, Judge Tarnofsky decided Combs should remain ‘detained.’
The next court date is scheduled for September 24. The ‘Last Night’ artist was escorted from the courtroom without handcuffs.

Assistant US Attorney Emily Johnson declared: “Mr. Combs physically and sexually abused victims for decades. He used the vast resources of his company to facilitate his abuse and cover up his crimes. Simply put, he is a serial abuser and a serial obstructor.”
Johnson also pointed out his “extensive and exhaustive history of obstruction of justice,” citing alleged bribery and witness tampering. Combs’ attorney, Marc Agnifilo, acknowledged his client wasn’t a “perfect person” and admitted to the court: “There has been drug use. He has been in toxic relationships.”
This week’s unsealed criminal indictment has made shocking claims against hip-hop mogul Combs, accusing him of hitting and abusing women for over a decade and running an empire of sexual “freak offs”. The document alleges that Combs “engaged in a persistent and pervasive pattern of abuse toward women and other individuals”.
The indictment, dating back to 2008, details how he allegedly abused, coerced, and threatened women for years “to fulfill his sexual desires, protect his reputation, and conceal his conduct”. He is said to have lured female victims and male sex workers into drug-fueled, sometimes days-long sexual events known as “freak offs”, where both Combs and the victims would often need IV fluids to recover.

The indictment paints a picture of Diddy as someone who used abuse, threats, and coercion on women and others to satisfy his sexual urges, safeguard his image, and hide his actions.
He reportedly utilized the staff, resources, and clout of his vast business network to operate a criminal enterprise. This enterprise’s members and associates are accused of engaging in, and attempting to engage in, crimes including sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery, and obstruction of justice.
1,000 bottles of lube
In another startling claim from the indictment, authorities reportedly found 1,000 bottles of lubricant and three AR-15 rifles at P Diddy’s residences.
The Mirror US has obtained grand jury indictment documents that reveal shocking details: “In or about March 2024, during searches of Combs’ residences in Miami, Florida and Los Angeles, California, law enforcement seized various Freak Off supplies, including narcotics and more than 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant.”

Back in March, Homeland Security raided Diddy’s homes in Beverly Hills, California, and Miami, Florida. It was during these raids that the lid was blown off his secret “freak off” parties, which were said to involve illegal drugs, covert cameras, sex workers, and underage girls.
It’s claimed that Diddy, along with some employees from Combs Enterprise, indulged in these raucous events. The discovery of the 1,000 bottles of lube has raised eyebrows even further.
The indictment goes on to claim that hotel rooms booked by Diddy were crammed with “controlled substances, baby oil, lubricant, extra linens, and lighting” and that he instructed his staff to tidy up afterwards to “mitigate room damage,” as well as to withdraw hefty sums of cash to allegedly settle the tabs with “commercial sex workers.”
Moreover, the documents accuse Diddy of violent behavior at these gatherings, alleging he “hit, kicked, threw objects at, and dragged victims, at times, by their hair,” inflicting “victims to physical, emotional, and verbal abuse to cause the victims to engage in Freak Offs.”
Continuous abuse towards women

The document accuses the fallen star of a consistent and widespread pattern of abuse towards women and others, which included verbal, emotional, physical, and sexual abuse.
It alleges that he manipulated women into participating in meticulously planned performances of sexual activity with male sex workers.
The music icon, along with others acting under his instruction, allegedly arranged for women and sex workers to be flown to his location. The document claims that P Diddy ensured the women’s participation by distributing drugs to them, controlling their careers, using his financial support as leverage and threatening to withdraw it, and employing intimidation and violence.
The document states that from around 2009 up until 2024, in the Southern District of New York and elsewhere, P Diddy knowingly transported an individual across state lines and international borders with the intention that they engage in prostitution.
He is accused of aiding, abetting, and causing this transportation of female victims and sex workers across state lines and international borders on multiple occasions, with the intent that they engage in prostitution.
