Courtney Burgess, a witness in court on October 31, said he was in possession of several sex tapes of rapper Diddy with celebrities, including at least two underage artists.
Speaking on NewsNation’s Banfield show , Courtney Burgess said he had seen Diddy’s sex tapes with eight stars, six men and two women, “two or three” of whom were under the age of 18. He said the people in the sex tapes appeared to be victims and appeared to be in a state of insanity.
In the interview, Courtney Burgess also confirmed that he has an unedited version of the diary of Kim Porter – Diddy’s deceased ex-girlfriend. Courtney said that he was one of Kim Porter’s associates, and the model gave him 11 USB drives containing manuscripts and sex tapes.
The diary, believed to be written by Kim Porter, was sold on Amazon by publisher Chris Todd in September, but was withdrawn after Kim and Diddy’s children questioned its authenticity. Kim and Diddy dated on and off from 1994 to 2007, and have three children together.
The publisher shared with Dailymail that Kim Porter sent close friends a USB containing her diary before her death in 2018. These documents were turned into a 60-page book called Kim’s Lost Words. The book contains shocking details about Diddy’s debauchery , including wild parties. The memoir notes that Kim Porter once found tapes of Diddy having sex in a basement in her bedroom. “Some of the tapes contained things I never expected. Things that happened at gay parties and young men (including two hip-hop stars who were managed by Diddy and a pop star who was 18 at the time),” the book reads.
Appearing in federal court in Manhattan on Thursday, Courtney told reporters he had been contacted by agents from the Department of Homeland Security and asked to testify. Courtney claimed he had sex tapes of Diddy at parties and a manuscript of Kim Porter’s memoir.
Courtney’s attorney, Ariel Mitchell, also confirmed that her client had been subpoenaed and had just completed testifying before a grand jury. The attorney claimed that they had evidence of Courtney’s statements.
According to TMZ , the prosecutors’ subpoena requires Courtney Burgess to turn over all records, including USBs, hard drives, electronic storage devices or devices containing videos related to Diddy.
Rap kingpin Diddy was arrested by federal police on September 16 at a New York hotel on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and prostitution solicitation. The 54-year-old rapper is currently in custody, awaiting trial in May 2025. Diddy is also currently being sued by multiple individuals for sexual abuse, including several minors.
