Sophie Turner is spreading the love and sharing her insights!
In a recent interview with The Times, Turner discussed her upcoming projects, Joan and The Dreadful, revealing that she will be starring alongside her Game of Thrones co-star Kit Harington in the latter. She shared that she was the one who suggested him for the role, saying, “They were trying to find someone for that role, and I was like, ‘You can’t not have Kit.’” The show, set during the Wars of the Roses, will likely see them donning robes on clifftops once again.
Reflecting on her journey as a child actress, starting GoT at just 15 years old, she offered valuable advice to parents considering the industry for their children. “I’d say to any parent, if your child wants to get into the industry, wait until their frontal lobe has formed, which is 25,” she cautioned. “I would highly discourage them from getting into it before they can fully process what that means.”
