Antonio Brown has faced some heavy criticism from Taylor Swift’s fans after he made some vile misogynistic comments about the singer and her relationship with Travis Kelce
Taylor Swift has been supported by fans after former NFL star Antonio Brown questioned her romance with Travis Kelce in a vile misogynistic outburst.
The 34-year-old singer was absent as Travis and his team the Kansas City Chiefs took on the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday. She also decided against traveling to Atlanta to watch the Chiefs play the Atlanta Falcons.
While it’s been reported Taylor and Travis are as strong as ever, Antonio seemed to accuse Taylor of causing Travis’ recent poor performance on the field. He then went on to suggest the NFL player should date a Black woman.
Taking to X, Antonio said: “Travis Kelce needs some black p—-. Bro Washed #CTESPN.” Taylor’s fans wasted no time defending her against the comments.

“He’s a pathetic loser … she’s not even bothered by what he says,” one fan fumed. Another suggested: “He seems to need attention.”
A third fan offered a reason as to why Taylor wasn’t at Travis’ latest game, commenting: “NFL star Antonio Brown is very unhappy that Ms. Swift missed a game? Maybe she’s busy; did he stop to consider that?”
It’s not the first time Antonio has taken aim at Taylor and Travis. Back in March he shared what appeared to be an AI-generated cartoon of himself kissing Taylor, who wore a light blue cheerleader’s outfit.

“Move over Jizelle, what these Swifties talkin bout? #CTESPN,” he wrote alongside the picture as he seemed to be referring to Tom Brady’s ex-wife Gisele Bundchen. He took aim at Taylor and Travis again as he posted a picture of what the couple could look like in 2040.

Antonio also accused Taylor of supporting Donald Trump in his bid for the White House by sharing a picture of the singer hugging Brittany Mahomes. “White People for Trump,” Antonio wrote alongside the snap.
Taylor had stayed quiet on the upcoming election, but endorsed Kamala Harris in her bid for presidency last month. In a post shared on Instagram, the Shake It Off hitmaker said: “I will be casting my vote for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz in the 2024 Presidential Election.
“I’m voting for @kamalaharris because she fights for the rights and causes I believe need a warrior to champion them. I think she is a steady-handed, gifted leader and I believe we can accomplish so much more in this country if we are led by calm and not chaos.
“I was so heartened and impressed by her selection of running mate @timwalz, who has been standing up for LGBTQ+ rights, IVF, and a woman’s right to her own body for decades.”
