Laura Prepon and Ben Foster have filed for divorce.
Ben was the one who filed for divorce from the That 70s Show and Orange is the New Black star, according to court documents obtained Tuesday by Page Six. He cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split and listed their date of separation as Sept. 9, which also happens to be the the same day he filed for divorce. Ben filed in Nashville, Tennessee, where the two have lived with their two children, a seven-year-old daughter and four-year-old son.
He also requested that the court “make an equitable division of the marital assets and debts of the parties based upon the terms of the parties’ Prenuptial Agreement.” The two signed the prenup when they tied the knot in New York City in May 2018.

The actor and actress were first romantically linked in 2016, after engaging in some heavy PDA. Ben and Lauren had a long-term friendship that evolved into a relationship around 2015 all because of their mutual friend, actor Danny Masterson. Lauren worked with Danny for years on That 70s Show. Danny made headlines he was sentenced to 30 years to life in prison for raping two women more than two decades ago at his Hollywood Hills home.
Ben, who starred in 3:10 to Yuma, anticipates for he and Lauren to “enter into a Marital Dissolution Agreement and an Agreed Parenting Plan” when it comes to custody of their daughter and son.
The Mirror reached out to both their reps for comment.
Lauren is best known for her role on That 70s Show as Donna Pinciotti. The show made its television debut in May 1998 to May 18, 2006, which stars Mila Kunis as Jackie Burkhart, Ashton Kutcher as Michael Kelso, Wilmer Valderrama as Fez, Topher Grace as Eric Forman and Donna’s lover and Danny as Steven Hyde.
Lauren then became known for her role in Netflix’s Orange Is the New Black as Alex Vause. The show made history when it was nominated for six Golden Globes and its stellar cast like Laverne Cox, Uzo Aduba, Taylor Schilling, Danielle Brooks and others.
