Taylor Swift is one of Jake Shane’s biggest inspirations.
The Therapuss podcast host has been very vocal for his love for Taylor Swift. When her latest album, The Tortured Poets Department, released in April, Jake posted a video about how the album “changed his life.” In the video, he is sitting down on a couch with his friends while wearing a shirt he loves from he Eras Tour. He screamed “Yes,” and he mentioned how he felt “so seen.”
He attended the Eras Tour in Las Vegas and said the show was “magical.” He also compared the Eras Tour to a play due to the story telling of her music and the production. In an interview with Zach Sang, he revealed that he also was able to get tickets to her show from Ticketmaster.

Jake has yet to meet his favorite artist despite being friends with celebrities like Sofia Richie Grainge and Tate McRae. He told PEOPLE that he if he ever had the moment to meet the singer, he would let her “lead the conversation.”

He said: “I feel like I would let her lead the conversation. If you’re talking to Taylor Swift, she’s leading that conversation, not you.” Jake continued: “But I would ask her what her favorite song to write has ever been or if there’s something surprising about a song that most people don’t know. I love those fun facts.”
Jake recently revealed that Taylor was his inspiration to go into the fragrance industry. He remembers the time he bought Taylor’s Wonderstruck perfume at Sephora. He partnered with unisex fragrance brand NOYZ and created two scents together called S—– Day and Love Club.
The Therapuss host never watched football a day in his life but has begun tuning in just for Taylor, who has attended many Kansas City Chiefs games and dates Travis Kelce. He admitted that he would attend a Chiefs games, despite documenting the moment he begged to change the channel from football to watch Real Housewives.
Jake has proclaimed himself a Swiftie and has proved his knowledge on the artist when taking a quiz on Elite Daily. She also liked one of his TiksTok’s in 2023.
