Democratic presidential nominee will be the next guest star on Alex Cooper’s podcast Call Her Daddy and is expected to touch on a number of pressing issues pertaining to women voters
Call Her Daddy has a very unexpected guest next week as it’s been announced that Vice President Kamala Harris will be sitting down for a chat with Alex Cooper.
Arguably Alex Cooper’s most shocking interviewee to date, the Democratic presidential nominee will be joining the pod to talk to The Daddy Gang about a number of pressing issues ahead of the upcoming election. Kamala’s spokesperson says the interview, which will premiere next week, was recorded on Tuesday and touches on a number of important issues for women voters.
Alex’s podcast was named the second-most popular podcast on Spotify this year and the number one most-listened to among women, making it a perfect outlet for Kamala to directly speak to her target audience. Kamala in her bid for the White House against former president Donald Trump, has made abortion rights one of the most defining topics of her campaign.
And while Alex’s podcast is typically known for raunchy sex stories and horror dating tales, Kamala will be switching it up this week to shed light on a more serious topic. Reproductive rights is also an issue near and dear to Alex’s heart as she has also previously used her platform to advocate for access to safe abortions in the United States.

In October of 2022, Alex made her own documentary-stye episode where she explored the impact of the landmark court case Roe v. Wade being overturned. In the episode, Alex spoke to a number of women directly affected by the case at a women’s center in Charlotte, North Carolina. The purpose the documentary was to make clear the real-world impact of anti-abortion legislation and how it affects every person in the U.S., whether or not their state allows abortions.
Kamala has been a strong a strong advocate for abortion rights throughout her campaign trail and has made it her mission to improve maternal health and ensure abortion access for women. At one of her first campaign events, she stated that if Congress “passes a law to restore reproductive freedom, as president of the United States I will sign it into law.”
